Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made through UKETA VisaPortal Online, operated by NSD Consulting AB. Please read it carefully before submitting your application. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
1. Fee Structure
Every payment consists of two distinct components, each subject to different refund conditions:
UK Government Fee
£20.00
Mandatory fee payable to the UK Home Office. Fully refundable up until the point we submit your application to the UK government, after which it cannot be recalled.
Service / Processing Fee
Per applicant:
- Standard£64.95
- Rush£99.95
- Fast Track£129.95
Covers application review, processing, and support. Refundability depends on how far your application has progressed.
2. Refund Tiers at a Glance

3. Full Refund — Within 1 Hour of Payment
You are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, including the service fee and the UK government fee, if you cancel within 1 hour of completing payment.
- No reason is required.
- The 1-hour window begins at the moment payment is confirmed. At this stage no processing work has begun and the government fee has not yet been paid to the UK Home Office, so everything is returned in full.
- Contact us at contact@visaportal.online with your application reference number to request cancellation.
4. Partial Refund — After 1 Hour, Before We Submit to the Government
Once 1 hour has elapsed from the time of payment, our team begins reviewing and processing your application. If you cancel after this point but before we submit your application to the UK government, the government fee is still fully refundable, while the service fee depends on how long it has been since payment:
After 1 hour, within 3 days of payment
Service fee: 50% refunded
The remaining 50% covers the review and processing work already carried out on your application.
More than 3 days after payment
Service fee: not refundable
After 3 days the service fee is non-refundable, whether or not you have submitted your application to us, as the processing work has been carried out.
UK Government Fee (£20.00): 100% refunded in both cases above — it remains fully refundable until the moment we submit your application to the UK Home Office.
5. No Refund — After We Submit Your Application to the UK Government
Once we have submitted your application to the UK government, no refund is possible for any component of your payment. This applies to both the service fee and the government fee.
UK authorities do not issue refunds once an application has been received and entered into their processing system. As the government fee is remitted directly to the UK Home Office at the point of submission, it cannot be recalled.
Important: After your application has been reviewed by our team, it is submitted to UK authorities. From that point, no refund is possible for any component of your payment.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@visaportal.online with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Application Reference].
- Include your full name, application reference number, and the reason for your request.
- Our support team will assess your request against the applicable refund tier and respond within 1 business day.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside the standard tiers in the following circumstances:
- A demonstrable error was made by NSD Consulting AB in processing your application that materially affected the outcome.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical fault on our platform.
- You are entitled to a refund under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
