Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made through Uketa VisaPortal Online, operated by NSD Consulting AB. Please read it carefully before submitting your application. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
1. Fee Structure
Every payment consists of two distinct components, each subject to different refund conditions:
UK Government Fee
£20.00
Mandatory fee payable to the UK Home Office. Refundable only if your application has not yet been submitted to the UK government.
Service / Processing Fee
Per applicant:
- Standard£39.95
- Rush£43.95
- Fast Track£49.95
Covers application review, processing, and support. Refundability depends on elapsed time and submission status.
2. Refund Tiers at a Glance

3. Full Refund — Within 1 Hour of Payment
You are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, including the service fee and the UK government fee, if you submit your cancellation request within 1 hour of completing payment.
- No reason is required.
- The 1-hour window begins at the moment payment is confirmed, not when you begin filling in the application.
- Contact us immediately at visaportal.online@gmail.com with your application reference number to initiate cancellation within this window.
4. Partial Refund — After 1 Hour, Before Government Submission
Once 1 hour has elapsed from the time of payment, our team begins active processing of your application. If you request cancellation after this point but before your application has been formally submitted to the UK government, the following applies:

The remaining 50% is retained as a processing fee to cover administrative costs and resources allocated upon payment confirmation.
UK Government Fee (£20.00)
100% refunded
Fully refundable as it has not yet been remitted to UK authorities at this stage.
5. No Refund — After Submission to the UK Government
Once your application has been formally submitted to the UK government, no refund is possible for any component of your payment. This applies to both the service fee and the government fee.
UK authorities do not issue refunds once an application has been received and entered into their processing system. As the government fee is remitted directly to the UK Home Office upon submission, it cannot be recalled.
Important: Once payment is completed and our team has reviewed your application, it will be submitted to UK authorities. At that point, no refund is possible for any component of your payment.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email visaportal.online@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Application Reference].
- Include your full name, application reference number, and the reason for your request.
- Our support team will assess your request against the applicable refund tier and respond within 1 business day.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you are requesting a cancellation within the 1-hour full refund window, please contact us immediately — do not wait for a response before the window closes.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside the standard tiers in the following circumstances:
- A demonstrable error was made by NSD Consulting AB in processing your application that materially affected the outcome.
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical fault on our platform.
- You are entitled to a refund under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
